What I check before it ships.

Every unit goes across the same bench before packing: color, brightness, sharpness, white balance, infrared, shock, high and low temperature, waterproofing, magnetic resistance, dust and supply current.

The factories run QC and IQC at each stage and complete a 100 percent aging run. I ask for that record with the shipment, not just the data sheet.

  • Factory-owned SMT, not a sheet someone relabelled.
  • Small orders handled by the same person as the large ones.
  • Outdoor ratings from IP66 to IP67, and -30 to +60 C on the 4G PTZ range.
  • Documents on request: data sheets, certificate numbers, test records.

How they end up on the wall

The bracket is the part that fails first, and the part nobody quotes for. These are the arrangements most projects use.

Bullet camera on a glass facade bracket at dusk
Facade bracket, cable through the mullion
Several cameras mounted on a steel lattice tower
Tower cluster, one cabinet for the switches
Camera on a wall bracket under a soffit
Soffit mount, out of reach and out of the rain

From enquiry to container

Six steps, the same for a sample and for a repeat order. What changes is the quantity, not the sequence.

  1. 01
    Enquiry and specification

Site type, channel count, distance to the object and the market you sell into. Photos of the site beat a description.

  2. 02
    Configuration and quote

A model list with the data sheets attached, plus the options that matter for your market.

  3. 03
    Sample and test

A sample unit if you need to test before committing, with the points to check written down so the comparison is fair.

  4. 04
    Marking and firmware

Housing marking, packaging, interface language and boot logo agreed before the line starts.

  5. 05
    Production and aging

Assembly on our own SMT line, then the full aging run and the QC and IQC sign-off.

  6. 06
    Packing and documents

Cartons packed for the destination, with the packing list and the certificate files your broker asks for.

One contact, no layers

The person who quotes is the person who follows the shipment.

Before you ask, four answers

Can you send a data sheet for one specific model?

Yes. Every model has a PDF specification with sensor, lens, illumination, power, temperature and ingress rating. Name the model and I send the file.

Do you build under our brand?

OEM and private label are handled case by case: housing marking, packaging, firmware splash and the minimum quantity depend on the model. The regional I confirm what applies to yours.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the line and the market, so it is quoted per order rather than published as one number.

Which certificates do you hold?

Certificate files are issued per model and per market. Ask me for the current list and the certificate numbers your customs broker or project engineer needs.

Start with the model, not the brochure.

Send the site photos or the channel count. We reply with the models that fit and the data sheets to check them against.
